I received a telephone call this morning on my home line. My daughter answered the telephone. The ACE USA company representative, Toni Garcia explained that she is representing my mortgage company OCWEN, and said that effective June 1, 2013, my mortgage payment will increase by 25.83 and that I will receive a letter in the mail to explain the increase. My daughter told Ms. Garcia that I am not interested in any insurance coverage, however, Ms. Garcia explained to her that unless I opt out, the charge will be effective June 1, 2013. I do not intend to opt out of a charge for insurance that I never opt in for
